My complaint:
I went to the drive thru on 2132023 to buy a combo meal. i asked the lady not to give me a soda because I did not want one with my meal. She in a rude tone that she was gonna charge me for it anyway even if I didnt want it. I said to her every other popeyes will take off for the drink. She rudly said to me well thats how it works here. When I went up to the window she continued to be very rude to me. Like she didnt want to hear from me. Im sorry but if you hire people in pur company with that attitude it doesnt look good at all.
Suggested solution:
Make sure you hire employees that has had some kind of training on how to talk to the customer
