My complaint:
recently moved to New Bern NC 2 years ago. I’m from Long Island NY and Popeyes was my favorite chicken place. Since ine been here my experiences with the Popeyes located on MLK Blvd in New Bern NC has been horrible. First off the wait time on the drive thru is ridiculous, 20 minutes minimum. My first time there i requested no thighs and when I got home it was mostly thighs.
Second time after waiting on line for almost a 12 hr when I finally got to order they totally screwed up the sides, and once again after telling them twice…no thighs they gave me half the order in thighs.
You would think I would stop going there after that…but no, I went again today. I waited on line for 24 minutes before I got a chance to order. I ordered the Flounder platter and was told……sorry we’re out of flounder!
Your New Bern location is really a blight on you organization. The people working there are incompetent. I’m not a big Bojangles fan but at least my orders has been correct and the wait time is a 13 of Popeyes..
Sorry but I just needed to vent.
