My complaint:
On 3/24/24 we were in line for 25 minutes before getting to order – the drive thru was configured in a way that you cannot get out of line. 3 piece white meat meals were ordered. We received no white meat in the orders but were charged for white meat meals. We did not realize the mistake was made until we got home.
