My complaint:
I gave the cashier $40.20 the bill was $21.19, I received $9.01 in change. I asked for my correct change and she insisted that I gave her $30. I only had 2 twenties in my wallet. I called the store manager and asked for a drawer which he refused, I even asked that they count the drawer after shift and call me back, that didn’t happen either.
Suggested solution:
They should have agreed to do a register check and given me the correct change.
