My complaint:
Employees were talking to friends in the parking lot instead of working. Store was empty except for an occasional customer. An employee had 2 kids unsupervised in the dining room. Both were playing on the tables and chairs and a booster chair.
Our order was overcooked.
Suggested solution:
Do their jobs when at work and don't bring their children into work with them. Also cook the meal properly. Don't overcook it.
