My complaint:
I love the food but I have yet to go through the drive through at this location and not have an issue.
Today they were out of coke….coke….how? Who is placing your orders? its Saturday afternoon…. and you don’t have coke. They said they had cherry coke if I wanted….. NO I WANT COKE. The McDonalds and 4 other restaurants near me likely had coke. (I also emailed coke to let them know how lame that is)
Same day … I was asked if I wanted sauce with my strips…I said no thank you but got some anyway. My thought was they gave it to me because THEY FORGET THE SIDE OF GRAVY I ORDERED AND PAID FOR. I even asked at the window if my side of gravy was in the bag. A young lady responded yes. oh lordy….
The time before this…. there was no biscuit in my combo…..
These incidents are not the only incidents I have had.
This location needs some help!! GM or manager need to go…. They are terrible.
Suggested solution:
A substantial gift certificate.
