My complaint:
I am greatful that we finally have another fast food restaraunt in our tiny town of Williston, Florida, however we have visited it 4 times and lately that last two times they have consistantly forgotten our side items of mashed potatoes, coleslaw and cocktail sauce when these items were clearly on our receipt. We only use the drive thru due to our ages of 62 and older and not wanting to go into the physical restaraunt.
When we tried to call in the phone rang and rang and a voice machine answered. Still have received no call back.
Suggested solution:
We should at least get the missing items as an ADDITIONAL side item on our next orders.
