My complaint:
this is the second time this has happen, the doors were locked went to drive thru no answer to window no one came, looked in windows employees sitting at a booth just looked at me went back to talking. this was at 1:30 pm in the afternoon.
Suggested solution:
close the store and put something in that will be open, its hit or miss you don't no. I'm a manager at Home Depot in key west.
