My complaint:
I waited in the drive thru for 22 minutes, part of that time was waiting for someone to take my order which was over 5 minutes. Got fries instead of coleslaw, no sauce for the shrimp, and was told there ‘are currently no desserts at this location’ when I requested an apple pie. Cars wrapped around the building, two cars pulled over in the parking lot when I first came in that were still waiting for their orders when I got up to the pick up window. Not friendly at all, three workers just standing around around the pick up window. Shrimp dried out.
Suggested solution:
Make sure a manager is onsite to supervise, coupons
