My complaint:
I arrive at drive through and 3 cars are waiting at window and 1 ordering at microphone, then I order and we sit and sit to the tune of 27 minutes after I order and my order is wrong. If this happens again I will quit Popeyes. This is TERRIBLE service in my book. It appears the manager is dropping the ball. If you can’t move the cars have them move to the side. My order was 2 two piece with red beans . Got fries instead. Simple order that took 27 minutes and was wrong. This occurred at 3:15 pm and NOT at rush time.
Suggested solution:
Popeyes should figure out how to fix this at the store and with me. Then I will decide to return or not.
