My complaint:
This Popeyes is the worst-operated restaurant I have ever seen. I went through the drive thru at 6:25 pm on Sunday April 25. There were 2 cars in front of me, and I didn’t get to the window until 6:45. I made a a very simple order, a 4 combo, but the person who took my order had to ask me twice what I wanted to drink and what side I wanted. She didn’t repeat my order back to me, and when I asked her to do so, she became very belligerent and rude. She continued to be beligerant when I got to the window, and when I asked her to call a manager, she stated that SHE was the manager.
This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location, and it seems clear that the employees are poorly trained and poorly supervised. I will never come back to this location.
Suggested solution:
The corporation needs to monitor its franchisee operations better. It is clear that the owners and managers are not interested.
