My complaint:
In one way it is great for business but on the other hand, this location extremely long line creates a traffic disaster. Calling in an order for pickup is just as long as an hour to up to three hours when the order is ready for pickup. In addition to using food pickup and delivery is also either an hour to four hours until the order is delivered or canceled by the delivery service as the wait is too long! Something needs to be done about this ASAP. Not even two months from NOW BUT RIGHT AWAY. THERE IS GOING TO BE A BAD VEHICLE ACCIDENT. IT IS JUST NOT GOOD BUSINESS. Please please resolve this horrible issue. I suggest hiring a new manager as he screams at his employees and delivery drivers. Get more employees and restructure how the building is set on the property or buy additional property to reroute the drive-thru, or just relocate this store. In addition, the store located on Coors has the same problem. Manager screaming at delivery drivers to leave as he will not take their orders.
Suggested solution:
hire new managers and more employees and possibly relocate stores to eliminate long lines that are waiting in a busy main street, possibly causing a horrible vehicle accident.
