My complaint:
I was in the drive thru for 30 mins, I ordered 5 piece tender combo with a large red beans and rice. I finally got up to the window and was told to pull to the side because they were cooking the tenders (they overcooked the tenders they were hard, burnt, and terrible). I waited another 30 mins after waiting 30mins in line for the food, this big light skinned female comes out and gives me the food, doesn’t even properly apologized, I told her hold up so I can check the food, they gave me a large mashed potatoes, not the red beans and rice that I ordered, I told her I ordered red beans and rice, she, in a very rude tone, snaps at me and falsely accuses me of talking to her in a rude manner, when she was the one being rude to me, I waited over a fucking hour for some burnt ass chicken and then they have their pit-bull bitch come out to give me the food because they were cowards who didn’t want to deal with anything I had to say to them because they took a long time to get my food to me. Never going back to that location again. I called the manager as soon as I got home and complain, I don’t expect anything will happen. They need to fire her immediately.
