My complaint:
Popeyes dining room is open at this time but they have the doors locked forcing customers to only use the drive thru. I’m pregnant, parked, got out of my car, went to the door, it was locked, and no one acknowledged I was at the door. A worker came out the back door while I was in line and I asked about the dining room being locked and she informed they have no one to work. This is unacceptable. Close the business if your business can’t run properly.
Suggested solution:
There’s no way to resolve. I won’t be back.
