My complaint:
Cheryl the general manager talks to the stuff she is very disrespectful cursing at everybody all the time even when there is people in the store buying stuff in drive-through, she use a lot of profanity something needs to be done as a as a customer I don’t think that the general manager should talk to her employees the way she does. I am very concerned on the way she is with the employee even one guy ask for the office phone number so I can give a complaint she even use profanity with me to as well she is not suitable to be a manager at all.
Suggested solution:
I think they should fire her for the way she talks to her employees, and even to her customers, a manager she’ll always be respectful to her and her peers as much as her store
