My complaint:
Went in first a male and female employee arguing about another employee name. The only white person working there who was on her break got up and took our order, than two other people with Popeyes shirts came in stood in line, told the with girl they didn’t know what they wanted so she went back to her break and the girl making our order stopped our and made the two walk ins food and they we’re sitting out eating before we even got our food.
Suggested solution:
The manager that was telling the girl to stop training the other girl who wasn’t clocked in to stop should have been telling her to fix the paying customers order before fixing free meals for everyone that just walked in with an employee shirt on. Instead she was telling her if she was the girl who wasn’t clocked in wasn’t working for free. Total chaos.
