My complaint:
I have been waiting in the line to order for over 30 minutes. No one came to explain as to why the line is long and not moving. People were in the line honking their horns and no one responded. This was a very poor customer service.
Suggested solution:
Be professional and take their time to notify customers reason for waiting. If by any chance the customers choose to wait, it would be their choice.
