I’m really hoping you can help, I’ve been using pokeratars for over 10 years.
I had one instance which has never happened before where I gambled more than i could afford.
After this, suspended my account for a week and then came back, setting a daily deposit limit, which was my own idea.
4 weeks or so later, pokeratars closed my account for irresponsible gambling
I’d like to add this was the only time this has happened, I also set deposit limits so this couldn’t happen again.
The reason I want my account back is because my real life friends play a private game on pokerstars twice a week, when we all do a zoom call… during the lockdown this really helped me and was my only way to interact with my friends.
I think what they have done is really unfair, I have tried a few times since contacting their customer services who don’t seem to even listen to my point of view.
