My complaint:

I made a deposit on saturday.After the the deposit was APPROVED the support team closed my account due to security reason.I am a player on this site since 2010 I guess.I made a deposit several times and also you got all my documents before.my account was checked..At this time I used my wifes card making deposit which was also a registrated card in the system. I already made deposit with this card in the pass.so after they closed my account the security team asked me to provide the copy of this card,bank statement and utility bill .I send them all..I still cant login and seems to me they are stealing my money.After 3 days they dont respond any email..You dont have live support nothing.I reported the Case to MGA and also IBAS..I have the ation letter about the deposit and also my bank can prove it

I dont understand how pokerstars can get MGA licence????
