My complaint:
Pokerstars in the biggest joke oit of any poker platform, 98% of time you loose with the best hand possible and it has gotten to the stage i believe the plant bots at tables and give you an unfoldable hand in order to take your money, time and time again it will gibe you the absolute nuts on the flop just to be beat on the river against all odds every god dam time. It isnt known as jokerstars for no reason, will never be depositing a single penny into it ever again lost a customer for life and many more will follow as i have thousands of followers that will follow suit.
Suggested solution:
Make the game realostic, hands with 90-96% win statistics should actually wim more than 2% of the time!
