My complaint:
Pokerstars is terrible to deal with if you win a big sum of money .. they are disorganized and very confusing when you are able to get through to an agent…. their almost impossible to get ahold of ….. everything was fine everything was great, my account was verified, until suddenly I win a big sum of money, and suddenly my account isn’t verified, have to submit a million documents, over and over again…
Save yourself the headache, It’s been over two months since I won money and their making me jump through loopholes…. for money I won fair and square!!
Suggested solution:
Pay me MY MONEY ALREADY,,,,,!!!!
