My complaint:

I asked for a Monday to Friday shift via email, one PMP representative(gintare.baltrusaityte@pmprecruitment.co.uk) replied and said “ That’s not a problem, we will send your rota tomorrow by 11 am. The start date will be the 17th of December.”

I was given a Rota next morning which was for Friday to Monday(Didn’t know until i went for training shift) even though i emailed and i said i don’t understand this Rota and No one replied to my email.

When i went for training on Friday 17122021. I have been told that my shift is Friday to Monday when i asked for my shift. I told them i cannot do Friday to Monday and they said they cannot change the shift at the moment.

I emailed aslm@pmprecruitment.co.uk and asking for a explanation, i was blamed for asking Monday to Friday shift which is not available.

In the beginning one of the PMP’s representative just replied to my email without even reading my email,a Monday to Friday shift. Her name is Gintare Baltrusaityte.

I don’t know if PMP will take action or not but they should know about their bad representative.

Because of the lie and misinformation leads to quit my job in ASOS lichfield.As i cannot travel to work on Sunday.

Suggested solution:

PMP should stop hiring uneducated representative. These representative making bad reputation for PMP and that's all i got to say as they the won't take any action anyway.

Just because somebody wants to work or working in warehouse doesn't mean PMP treat them badly and unfair.
