My complaint:
I applied for a job with PMP a while ago (can’t remember how long). Since then I’ve clearly been added to a mailing list as I keep getting spam texts about inductions and booking myself on to one 2 this morning alone (9th Feb). It doesn’t look good if they are having to go to such desperate measures to recruit!
Suggested solution:
By not just adding people to they’re contact lists and constantly spamming them they’re recruitment drive. If people have applied and are not ‘booking in’ to an induction - people have either got a job or are just not interested anymore. As previously stated it doesn’t look good on them as an agency or the companies they are representing.
