My complaint:
I was offered a position at Amazon logistics in the warehouse, and offered a £3000 sign up bonus, I was offered part time hours of 24 hours over three nights, I had been offered other jobs at the time but the bonus gave this job the edge, I questioned them twice to ensure I would receive the full bonus amount and guaranteed I would regardless of part or full time, I have now worked there four weeks and due to receive the first half of the bonus this week but when I questioned when the first payment was due last week I was told I would only get half of it as part time, I was very angry at this so complained to the management as advised by the pmp lady at my branch, but have had no response.
Suggested solution:
They should honour the bonus amount I was promised.
