My complaint:

I had received an email from Mr Stuart Owen, I believe one of your recruiters, and he had left me a number to call him back on, after i missed his call. The problem is each time i call, i join the queue but when it gets to my turn, the phone automatically cuts of. and when i call back, it takes me back to the very last person on the queue. it happened yesterday the 22 of November at 11:00Am and this morning just few minutes to 10. please can i know this occurrence? I had applied for a Job which I have been patiently waiting for the outcome.

Suggested solution:
