My complaint:

Last month I applied to work at the Amazon warehouse in Wembley. It took me 5 applications to get the job as all the times they called I was at work and could never answer, and once you don’t answer they withdraw your application. Therefore the 5 times. Finally I got the job, sent all the documents and got an email with my starting date and time (18th November 2021). Once I went to my first shift I was sent home by a supervisor named Boris, he told me that they didn’t have my PPE uniform (shoe size 11) and he also said that someone will contact me. I had re-signed from my job as a manager in a hotel all because I was looking for a weekly pay job due to personal needs. What happened after is that I never received any call and have been sending emails to everyone because no one replied. Finally after 23 weeks someone with the name of Maria Tosheva called me and said she will help me, after another week she texted me back saying I have to apply again as they lost my details on their database. Today is the 24th December 2021 and I am without money to eat, to pay my rent and I’m without a job thanks to PMP.

Suggested solution:

Compensation for this month, explain how come they've lost my details on their database and give me a job.

Why no one emailed or contacted me?

Why destroying my life ?
