My complaint:
On Saturday I finish my shift and came to the office asking for a holiday shit To book a holiday backdated or sometime next week But I still be coming to work I need money to bay a car to go beck and forward to work cuz it takes me every day 90 min of walking 45 min one way …and answer was You not be getting it and if u need money go to work ! This answer very disappointed me I was very tired for arguments and walk away… I always work 5 to 6 days a week when others work only 3 to 4 days I always take extra days .worked for u about one mont time and after one week get better position and Rise up my wages I am skilled worker and fluent speak 5 different languages . The next day I call the office again with the same matter and answer was the same so i told them is not right and I leaving the job because of that and she told me that u not get anything and u need go to work make your own p45 be your self ( Since when the employee makes his own p45???)and I admit that is not my Responsibility to make the p45 form I am just employee and this is your job to do it and she told my that people here make p 45 them self … I ask where I can make a complain about this so she ( Her name is Maruta) send me farr away and drop the phone after that I try ring to office mobile number for two times but they ignore me
Suggested solution:
Pay what belongs to me and change this person because she cant manage this job
