PMP Recruitment complaint: Failure to pay sick pay

My complaint:

I have been off sick for 6 months now and have been receiving sick pay
On several occasions I have been left without any payment. Last time I was 5 weeks ago when they failed to pay me for 4 weeks now incurring me bank charges and leaving me without food to pay my children
The same thing has happened again 3 weeks ago when the failed
To paye again
I have been chasing this up for a week abs was told from a complaints
Manager that it would be in my account by Friday and it wasn’t I have spent all week day trying to sort this out and everyone is ignoring me

Suggested solution:

I want funds putting in my account ASAP
I want bank charges repaid that I have Incurred and a gesture of good will payment made for the stress it has caused me
Along with phone charges
