My complaint:
I am a former employee of PMP Recruitment during the period 2015 – 2016 as a warehouse worker. I encountered discrimination practices by an Amazon UK supervisor: Khamil.
The issues were reported in writing to management in September 2016.
I write to establish the outcome of discipline action taken in particular with respect to financial compensation.
I have been pursuing this case since 2019 but to no avail. I have been moved from pillar to post.
Suggested solution:
The resolution of the matter should encompass management's stance on financial compensation. In short was there consideration for financial compensation? If yes, to what extant?
