My complaint:
PlayStation needs to stop outsourcing its customer service job to people in other countries who can hardly understand what you’re saying because they themselves Hardly speak any English every single time that it comes time for me to have to contact Playstation I’m getting a middle eastern person who can hardly understand the letters you’re telling them without having to say f is for foxtrot use for uniforms c is for Charlie I can even speak slowly and try to explain something to them and they still don’t understand what you are saying to them and now I’m having to trash my PlayStation because I could not get any help whatsoever from the customer service representative because he didn’t speak hardly any English playing on my PS4 helps me deal with my depression and anxiety and now I have lost that because I could swear that they uploaded something to my Playstation because it’s acting even worse than what it did before I called

It would be really great if I could be given a used PS4
