My complaint:

I purchased items from the playstation store for my son. Initially the game worked as it was supposed to so I purchased multiple digital character packages, season membership pass among other digital good through the playstation store totaling around 60-70.00. Shortly after we starting experiencing issues with the content, we reached out to playstation support and was refunded for two of the packages that seemed to be causing the issue according to the customer service representative. The game continues to have the same issue and is no longer allowing my son access. I contacted PS again and again we went through the trouble shooting steps by this point I have spoken to them 3to4 times about the same issue to no avail. The representative we spoke with on the on the call prior to today provided me with a case ID number and informed me that there was nothing more he can do and that he was going to be escalating the case and to simply keep and eye on my email, that is where I could expect to hear from escalation department. It has now been over a month I have not received one email. I called PS customer support again today and was told that there was nothing they could do to remedy the problem so I asked for a refund for all the money I have already invested in this game and digital content packages for this game. The rep told me that I could not be refunded my money. I do not see why my money cannot be refunded when I have purchased a good/service that I have no access to and due to no fault of my own. I payed for the game and content that I wanted as I am supposed to do with my own hard earned money and their goods/services are faulty that is not a consumer issue that is a product issue. I simply want my money back due to not receiving the goods/services I paid for and in addition to all of this the rep told me if I disputed it with my bank that my account will be banned until I pay the money back to playstation.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money for all content I purchased in reference to that particular game.
