My complaint:
I have waited to be call on a PS5 issue as the system burned out and smoke came out the unit.
Suggested solution:
I file issue in May 2023 and yet have not received any solution. I was told a call was made on 8/17/23 no voicemail left and if I don't answer the call then the case will be closed and there is no direct ph to this Dept
