My complaint:
Good Morning On 10622021 at 12:03 PM I received an email of Sign-ID change in the middle of streaming. Which booted me off completely. Attempted to sign back on but my password was Incorrect. I contacted PlayStation Support and gave a lengthy process of verifying my account. I was informed of an email I was to received but never received one. after Twenty-Four hours nothing. I contacted PlayStation Support again and was given no explanation on why my account wasn’t recovered nor given another chance to validate my account. I was brush off and was told to just make another account. I’ve lost full access to all games I have purchased and subscription with no refund. I have every transaction I’ve made. Emails and dates. With the console I have been using on which i can provide serial number.
Suggested solution:
I would like my account back by re-verifying my information back or refund all game purchases on the account.
