My complaint:
I have been contacting playstation since May of this year due to 66 unauthorized transactions caused by my 12 yr old son. They have given me case number after case number. Contacted them again today to learn they have denied the refunds due to the hours my son played the game. This is unacceptable. The total in charges were 976.00 in a span of 2 weeks. When first contacting playstation they acted as though they would issue a refund. 6 months later no resolution.
