My complaint:
I purchased the game crisis brigade 2 reloaded through the PlayStation network and downloaded it. It clearly stated that it was compatible with both playstation vr headsets 1 and 2.but when I went to play it it was telling me to plug the original PlayStation vr headset in and turn it on. I have both vr headsets and I wanted to use it with the PlayStation vr2 headset and that’s why I purchased it. So this is poor advertising for a game and when you try to contact online PlayStation support through their online chat it tells you they are unavailable even though they are supposed to be available 24/7 and they are not. I think this is absolutely disgusting and I just want a refund. If I can’t play it with the new vr headset then I don’t want it.

By supplying me with a refund
