My complaint:
My account was hacked three times within two mo the, despite having two step authentication enabled. All three times that feature was disabled and then my sign in ID was also changed. The first two times I was able to contact support and have then reset everything and my bank also reimbursed me for my charges. But the third time, apparently the hacker was able to get in through contacting PlayStation support. So when I contacted them for help, “due to security reasons” they could not assist me with anything. My account is now lost for good and I’m not sure what ti do. Besides never use PlayStation again and switch to Microsoft for Xbox.
Suggested solution:
Just acknowledge that they’ve lost a customer forever. If I could give me negative or zero stars, I would.
