My complaint:
I contact the online support of sony PlayStation UK because my account was suspended for 30 days without knowing why, firstly i have waited for a long time to get to the customer service agent then when i asked why my account was suspended for he said i breached the conduct of something and i said how did i breached it he told me that he can’t tell me due to privacy issues!
I requested to talk to manager and he said that someone would contact me within 48 hours, and asked for an immediate solution for my issue he said he can’t do anything more and ended the chat and till now no one contacted me, i sent several mails to their support and i got no response.
And until now my account is suspended and I can’t access any online gaming on my console.

To tell me exactly why i was suspended or give me back my account
