My complaint:
I tried getting a refund for a 100 dollar game i believe. Baldurs gate 3 deluxe edition The game had only just been pre downloaded. I had only just gotten to the character creation page with less than a minute of playtime and no earned trophies. I was denied a refund because it had been downloaded. It automatically downloades it. And it hadnt really been played. I did not know this was a turn based game. It was a accidental purchase and i spend alot of money daily on playstation
Suggested solution:
Id like a refund. Its been about a month since release. But i tried getting in touch before now with sony to resolve this with no resolution.
