My complaint:
I was playing Elden Ring and all I do are invasions, one night I was playing and this other invader trolled me through 4 other invasions and sent me a message telling me he fed my mother so I sent him a message back and I didn’t even swear. I reported the person and the next morning I tried getting on but come to find out my account got banned for life. This is crazy I’ve had this account for over 15 years and gone. I appealed the ban and when you appeal it say it’ take up to 5 to 7 days to get a response but come to find out I appealed at 3:40 in the morning and not even 2 minutes after I sent it they responded with a NO Jesus that fast and still no. PlayStation is just getting softer and softer you can’t send anything over messages or be afraid to get banned by some stupid employees who all they do is read complaints. I’m really starting to hate PlayStation, they don’t really have good games and everyone that plays PlayStation are a bunch of teenagers who think there balls are big by being internet tough guys. PlayStation you are the worst , I will never spend money to your company ever again and I will gather a partition at the university ti boy for your crappy system. Booo PlayStation booo
