My complaint:
My 12 year daughter was playing on my account and someone through multiplayer sent her a message say to “deep throat” etc. so I decided to report it to PlayStation once I sent the report my account got suspended for 30 days. I don’t understand why, then I contacted PlayStation waited 1 hour and half to explain and they said sorry we can’t do nothing. Wow what a company.
Suggested solution:
To unsuspend my account for no reason I was suspended
