PlayStation complaint: Banned Account for No Given Reason

My complaint:

A few weeks ago I attempted to log into my PS4 to play a game I had only purchased 2 weeks earlier, that I paid $140.00 for. I received an error code. After researching the code I learned it was related to chargebacks and to submit an appeal. When I tried that I got another message that my account was not Banned due to Chargebacks, and I was not eligible to appeal.

Since then I have called Sony Support, opened support cases online, DM’d them from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Went through online Chat 2 times, and finally talked to someone in person via account help. None of these have resulted in my being informed as to what the reason for the Ban was, or how to get unbanned. All I have gotten was Sorry we cannot help you.

I wrote Sony an actual (snail mail) letter 2 weeks ago and have received nothing back from them. I looked up the head of the Legal Dept and sent him an email including all relative information, and also included the letter I had mailed as well. I have received no reply back from him either.

I cannot understand how or why my PS account has been banned, and no one call tell me. I never do anything online or give out my info, I only have 3 friends online and we never play together, I only recently spent any money in the PS store, when I purchased the 1 game.

Since this happened I have received a few emails saying someone has tried to log into my PS account from various places, that are not me. I have changed my password a couple of times and I even created a new PS account. The trouble is I have lost access to all my saved games and the new game I just spent $140.00 on.

I believe I have either been hacked, or Sony has had a data breach and my account was exposed. Ether that or this is all just a big mistake, but I cannot talk to anyone who willcan help.

This is VERY frustrating, and is making me think I will move away from PS and Sony all together.

Suggested solution:

1st of all, have someone who can actually help contact me directly, Reactivate my account... Allow me to verify who I am and review my legitimate activity. Allow me to change the account details to a different user name andor email address. Or move my game dats and purchases to the New Account I created.

If they will contact me I will provide them with whatever info they require to get the account straight
