My complaint:
Two a verification is a way to lock you out of your system, if we loose our existing number then there is no way to login even if u have your email id which is indeed used to reset ur password but two step verification there is no solution, I found many forms having raised the same complaint. I invested in this account for 7 years and now the expect me to start ove… You can contact the customer service as it is redirected to a bot..
Suggested solution:
If we can reset our password via chat bot service then why can't they resolve two step verification reset as well... Also they should have a better customer support atleast provide an appointment to chat with an actual agent and not a bot to resolve the issues
