My complaint:
While on holiday I got a notification saying my account has been suspended due to online behaviour yet I haven’t even been on my PlayStation so my worry is that someone has hacked into my account.
I don’t even know what behaviour it is that’s got me suspended lol I haven’t done anything.
I’ve contacted playstation on the phone and there’s nothing they can do other than to wait 7 days for the suspension to be lifted, why should I have to wait 7 days when I haven’t even done anything, is there a way I can get this suspension lifted before 7 days as I’m needing to change my username etc and whoever has compromised my account could end up buying things using my bank info, please can someone help me with this?
