My complaint:
Called several.times before leaving ofcourse no one ever answers and their voice-mail is always full, I call when I’m half way there and ask if their still buying which I know for a fact they aren’t supposed to ever stop buying throughout the day, the girl on the phone tells me to hold and then I hear her say, since their on the phone just tell them we stopped buying? I ask for a manager, manager has a attitude and isn’t trying to listen to anything I say, just rambling about I should follow Instagram because they post daily, which they do not and haven’t for several days, she said their buying times are always posted, lie after lie, why don’t they hire people who actually want to work?? Every single time I drive here they refuse to buy, and no one is ever in the store, its never busy and no one is ever sorting clothes!! Im so tired of lazy employees!!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Check on the stores make sure their following policy on buying, their loosing yall lots of customers and money by being lazy and constantly turning people away because they don't want to do their job!
