My complaint:
I have been denied a withdraw of funds that should be honored by them per their own terms these terms were met and ed by a member of their staff that this was good to make the withdraw of my total funds! After I began the withdraw process I didn’t receive a ation email fro planet 7 like they said I would so I contacted them and then is when they completely changed the terms which by law they can not do and now I have also been denied access to my account with them!
Suggested solution:
They should honor their terms and allow me to withdraw my funds and I should receive a very well deserved apology and some for being treated unfairly!!
