My complaint:
Their policy says 7-10 business days to be approved and about 3-5 business days after that for the wire transfer. It has been nearly a month and I am still being told to wait. That they escalated the request. Well they have three times now. I have every email and transcript of conversations. I was even told once it would be 24 hrs then guess what nothing happened. They sure did take my money quick. Wish I would have looked a bit better into them before I deposited. Lesson learned. I can post my conversations with each and every staff member I spoke with. They were all very nice. The withdrawal process however is a joke.
Suggested solution:
Send me my winnings ASAP! Just like when they took my money so quickly. And stop having those poor ppl lie to everyone about your withdrawal time frame. If it’s going to be a month tell us it will be a month!
