My complaint:
I’ve opened an account with Planet 7 over a month ago. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I’ve been waiting a month for the verification process to clear. I’ve had close to 3k in winnings and now I’m down to 2k in winnings. I simply need to verify ONE credit card before I’m cleared to withdraw. I’ve sent multiple emails, multiple conversations with chat support and nothing. I’m exhausted in trying to reach out to this company. There’s no number to call, please someone HELP.
