My complaint:
I tried to cash out my 900.00 dollar winnings and sent in verification documents they wanted and needed before they will pay and it’s been 3 days today, so I decided to chat with them and ask why and when I received my winnings and she says I have 2 accounts open and I didn’t know that because I recently got a new phone and apparently it transfer all my old information to my new and I only have one email I use so now there refuse to pay me and they also said it’s for r deposing customers and I did deposit money on there and it was $30 or $50 but don’t remember so all I want it the money I won fair and square. This casino customer service is customer service at all. But I just want the money they owe me and apparently so do alot of other people who are having the same problem I am.

Pay me my WINNINGS!!!
