My complaint:
After a small jackpot I requested a payout for 500.00. I submitted all the required documents and wire transfer information. I received an email informing me that I was approved and to contact support via chat to check the status of my withdraw.
This process has lasted almost two months and I feel like I’m getting the run around at this point. I didn’t want to complain. I just wanted to see that this casino was honest so that I knew I could continue to make deposits and use the platform for gaming.
Suggested solution:
I think they should hold up their end of the deal. They had no problem taking my deposits. So they should be able to pay me just as easy. I want to continue using the platform for my gaming but I need to see that they understand the importance of customer service by following through with what they say they will do.
