My complaint:
I bought and paid for nappies on the pnp asap on Saturday at 13:45 and I am still waiting for the delivery Monday 20:50. I had to use my airtime and call and they picked up after 20 minutes and lied about the delivery being on the way, I had to spend money to buy nappies at checkers because pnp is not delivering nor are they taking me seriously. I did not receive even a call to explain what was happening, I am the one that has to call them. Disgusted
Suggested solution:
I want an apology amd possibly a voucher because I had to buy nappies since I don't even know if they will ever deliver and my baby can't be without nappies
